Square One Nails & Spa at 8266 Golden Link Boulevard #12, Macedonia, Ohio.

Came here on Saturday and there were only two people working , I wrote down mine and my friends name and the lady told me to hurry and pick out nail polish she doesn’t have time .. then I waited 25 min when 3 more people walked in and then my friend and I were told to leave that they forgot they had an appointment , this is why I’m rating 1 star , very rude . We then came to Infinity Nails in Bedford and were treated with respect , put in pedicure chairs right away and they are cheaper and better happier atmosphere ! Glad I didn’t waste my money at Square One Nails!

I wish there was an option to choose half of a star! This "salon" if that's what you'd refer to it as is terrible. They lack professionalism & etiquette! I brought my daughter her to get a manicure & pedicure. She's 12 years old so, she met the criteria for the "Little Diva" package. The woman at the front desk looked my daughter up and down and asked for I.D.!!!! I asked her what I.D. would be appropriate for a12 year old? She then began to speak loudly in her native language among the other technicians in the "salon." She reached for my daughter's hand, looked at her nails & looked at me rolling her eyes & said "$18.00 dollars." My 12 year old daughter said she was ready to go because they were rude & we left. They were rude, crass & pompass!!!!! Save your time, money & energy......go to a real salon like Mario's Spa.

The staff is always friendly! I feel like they look forward to seeing me when I come in! The prices are great and less than any other salon I’ve been to and they do great work!!
